Ten plants to open, to soften, to settle. Rose, Damiana, Bobinsana, Mulungu — those that make porous what had closed.
Opening the heart is not the right word — one should say making it porous. These ten plants force nothing; they soften the contours, lay warmth, invite the crossing.
Rose and Damiana of Mediterranean and Mexico, Bobinsana and Mulungu of the Amazon: each works on a different quality of the heart. Rose for tenderness, damiana for desire, bobinsana for the inner river, mulungu for deep appeasement.

Two plants of the heart, two continents, a simple protocol:
First: prepare the bobinsana as a concentrated infusion (10 min, simmering water), 1 heaped spoon for 250ml.
Second: prepare the ceremonial cacao (30g grated, hot water 80°C, whisked). Drink the cacao first.
Third: wait 20 minutes, then drink the bobinsana slowly. Lie down. Place a hand on your chest.
Voiced essays that extend these plants — traditions, gestures, lineages.
