Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, publication, transmission, alteration, total or partial incorporation, by any process whatsoever, is forbidden without INFUSE's prior written authorisation, except for the right of short quotation (article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code), provided the source (infuse.earth) is clearly mentioned.

The Latin names of plants and the ethnobotanical references are in the public domain; INFUSE's interpretations, narrative framings and editorial architectures are protected.
