Chaque format est une manière différente de la rencontrer. L'élixir est concentré, sublingual, quotidien. Les feuilles demandent une infusion lente — plus rituelle. Le geste change la rencontre.

Native to the regions of North-East China, Eastern Russia, Korea and Japan, Eleuthero has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 2000 years to invigorate *Qi* (energy) and increase endurance.
In his *Great Catalogue of Medicinal Herbs*, Li Shih Chen (16th century) called Siberian Ginseng a "Superior herb":
"Its action is to invigorate the physical energy, to regulate vigour, to strengthen the skeleton and tendons, and to increase ambition. As a motivational herb, Siberian Ginseng is difficult to beat — there is not much else that can deliver so much wonderful, raw energy."

Siberian Ginseng is said to have been the very first herb to be named *Adaptogen* by the Russian scientists who created this term.
An *adaptogen* is an herb perceived to have the capacity to help your body adapt when faced with a difficult environment. In the modern world, these herbs are revered as a precious ally that teaches us resilience and balance in the face of the stress and challenges of our constantly moving world.
Adaptogenic herbs can also provide a great support on the path of healing from trauma.
